Dual 15” Showman

1967

Here we have a rare example in fairly good condition of one of the most popular backline amps in the mid- to late-1960s. With 100 watts of power pumping through two 15” JB Lansing D140F speakers, this amp could handle a range of instruments from guitar to bass at full volume. The main difference between this model and the “single Showman” amplifier, besides the “Dual Showman” designation on the faceplate and the lack of a tone ring, is an output transformer designed to handle efficiently the two JBL speakers.
