The pre-War Kalamazoo was conceived as a downscale Gibson offshoot; the guitar has a short body so the bridge is placed a bit lower than on a traditional Gibson acoustic. Note the tiger-stripe pickguard which is a hallmark of the Kalamazoo. OSSC
