The back and sides of this special issue guitar are made of highly figured Brazilian rosewood, deemed an endangered species of rosewood no longer permitted for export. This guitar in all other respects has the features of Martin's flagship high-end D-45 guitar, featuring carefully inlaid abalone trim on body front, back, sides, fretboard, headstock and sound hole. Plays with a deep, woody tone. Original hardshell case.
