This 370 has a rare bound headstock, which was an option offered on the 360 and 370 models for a brief time in the early 1970s. This transitional guitar has some features from the '60s: full-width crushed pearl inlays and checkered back body binding; and some features from the '70s: early-design hi-gain pickups, 24-fret fingerboard (extended from 21 frets), wider headstock and factory Grover patent-pending tuners. It was one of the last 360/370 6-string models made prior to the transition to pearloid triangle inlays, plain (non-checkered) back body binding and a wider headstock. Silver HSC.
