The C58 series was Rickenbacker's third (and final) attempt to "get it right" with the 325 reissue. The construction of the 325C58 was made of lighweight alder, with scatterwould toaster-top pickups and a Kauffman vibrola, just as was found on John Lennon's 1958 325 when new. This example is finished in Jetglo/Black, in recognition of Lennon's refinishing his first 325 in black. The guitars of the C58 series are much lighter than those of the V59 series, and include other variations more faithful to Lennon's original 325,such as Grover open-back tuners. OHSC
