This 360 has a rare bound headstock, which was an option offered on the 360 and 370 models for a brief time in the early '70s. This transitional guitar has some features from the '60s: full-width crushed pearl inlays and checkered back body binding; and some features from the '70s: hi-gain pickups, 24-fret fingerboard, wider headstock and factory Grover patent-pending tuners. It was one of the few 360/370 6-string models with these features made in this era prior to the transition to pearloid triangle inlays, plain (non-checkered) back body binding and a wider headstock.
