This guitar is an example from the first year of reissue of George Harrison's original 360/12. Given the suffix 'V64', this reissue series lasted from 1985 through 2001. This example was issued in a shade of Fireglo which aspired to imitate the finish of Harrison's first Rick 12, though the outdoor photography exaggerates the contrast between the Fireglo burst edges and the middle light amber finish.
